I've never had cosmetic injections before and I'm nervous. 

It's ok to be nervous! We will talk through it and do a complete assessment before making any decisions. My goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and we will work together to determine the best plan for you.

Your treatment plan is tailored to you and your desired outcomes. The FDA has specific recommendations and dosing for treatment areas based on clinical trials, but this is about what you desire for outcomes and results. As my walking billboard, I can assure you, you will look like the best version of yourself.

What product do you use for lip augmentation?  

Revanesse Lips+ is a FDA approved hyaluronic acid (HA) dermal filler for lip augmentation in patients 22 years or older. It is highly rated for its spherical shaped HA and ease of injectability. What is a lip flip?  

A lip flip is when neurotoxin (botox) is injected into the muscle just above the upper lip to help it relax and look fuller. This may be ideal for someone who already has full lips but wants to see more of the upper lip, or for someone with a "gummy" smile that wants to relax that lip to cover the gums. What is a PDO thread lift?   

A PDO (polydioxanone) thread lift is a non-surgical lift completed in office in less than an hour. PDO threads have been used safely for decades for various applications, like suturing incisions after medical procedures. When used as an aesthetic treatment, it provides instant skin lifting/tightening and promotes collagen production to renew your skin at the cellular level. What areas can PDO threads treat? 

Lifting threads can be used in the face, jaw line, brows neck, abdomen and more. 

Smooth threads can be used to regenerate collagen and restore volume in the glabellar area (between the eyes), temporal region, submental fat (under the chin), neck and décolleté and can work wonders for acne scarring. Additional areas listed during the scheduling process.

What is the downtime after PDO treatment? 

Downtime is minimal. You may return to work or activities after the procedure. Bruising and swelling may occur. Follow the after-care instructions provided.

Is there an age restriction on services? 

For all cosmetic procedures, you must be 18 years of age.

I booked a botox/filler party, what's next?  

Invite your friends! You plan the party, I show up! A party consists of 2 or more persons in attendance. We will start with a brief discussion about services, then each individual will receive a consult, assessment and treatment (as appropriate/as desired). Treatment is never a requirement of your guests. Be sure to have a private, comfortable space.

*Party pooper alert! I do ask that you please hold off on consuming adult beverages until individual cosmetic services have been completed or  your Consent to Treat has been signed.

Do you offer host rewards? 

As a party host you will get a discounted rate per unit of botox for your treatment and a swag bag as a thank you!

What is Fairy Hair? 

Fairy hair is simply tinsel (heat resistant) that is tied to a single strand of hair. It can be washed, brushed, dried, curled, cut, color treated and more! Several colors to choose from!

How long does Fairy Hair Last? 

Fairy hair can last anywhere from 4-6 weeks or more for adults. It may only last 1-2 weeks for young children who have a higher rate of hair shed. It is dependent on the hair loss pattern of each individual. It will typically only fall out when the strand of hair it is tied to comes loose from the scalp.

What is the minimum hair length for Fairy Hair? 

Hair should be a minimum of 6 inches in total length to ensure appropriate application.

What is your cancellation policy? 

If you find you cannot make your appointment, please call/text or use the rebooking feature on an appointment reminder to reschedule for another date/time that works for you.  

 

If you cancel (without reschedule) or no-show any service with less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged the stated cancellation fee.

What forms of payment are accepted? 

Payment is accepted in the form of cash, credit/debit, and Venmo - @crazybeautifulwi

Are tips accepted? 

Tips are appreciated, but never expected. You will receive the same level of service with or without a tip. If you enjoyed your service, I encourage you to share your experience with friends and family or post a Google review!

What will Crazy Beautiful do with my data/information? 

Crazy Beautiful will never sell your personal information or use it inappropriately. Your information as a patient/client are protected by HIPAA law and treated as personal, private, and for internal use only. Cosmetic appointments are documented in a HIPAA compliant Electronic Medical Record (EMR) that is not shared with or discoverable by other EMRs.
